The Ingredients

The Base

  • 1 scoopProtein powder (any flavor)
  • 1 cupFrozen fruit (banana, berries, or mango)
  • ½ cupUnsweetened almond milk
  • 3 cupsIce
  • ½ tspXanthan gum (optional, for thickness)

Optional Toppings

  • Sugar-free chocolate chips
  • Crushed graham crackers
  • Sliced strawberries
  • PB2 drizzle

The Method

Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender (Ninja, Vitamix, or food processor).

Blend on high, using the tamper to push down. Stop and scrape sides as needed.

The Secret

Use LESS liquid than you think. You want it thick, not a smoothie. Add liquid 1 tbsp at a time if needed.

Blend until it reaches soft-serve consistency (thick, creamy, scoopable).

Scoop into a bowl. Add toppings. Eat immediately (it melts!).
