Volume Eating Magic

Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender (Ninja, Vitamix, or food processor).
Blend on high, using the tamper to push down. Stop and scrape sides as needed.
Use LESS liquid than you think. You want it thick, not a smoothie. Add liquid 1 tbsp at a time if needed.
Blend until it reaches soft-serve consistency (thick, creamy, scoopable).
Scoop into a bowl. Add toppings. Eat immediately (it melts!).
Chocolate protein + frozen banana + 1 tbsp PB2.
Vanilla protein + frozen strawberries + crushed graham.
Vanilla protein + crushed Oreo thins + extra ice.
