The Ingredients

Makes 6 servings.

The Base

  • 2 cupsOld-fashioned oats
  • 2 scoopsVanilla protein powder
  • 1 tspBaking powder
  • 1 tspCinnamon
  • ¼ tspSalt

The Wet

  • 2 cupsMilk (any kind)
  • 2Eggs
  • ¼ cupMaple syrup or honey
  • 2 tbspButter, melted (or coconut oil)
  • 1 tspVanilla extract

Mix-Ins (Choose)

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 sliced banana
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts

The Method

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8x8 or 9x9 baking dish.

Mix oats, protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.

Whisk together milk, eggs, maple syrup, melted butter, and vanilla.

Combine wet and dry ingredients. Fold in your mix-ins.

Pour into prepared dish. Bake 30-35 minutes until set and golden on top.

Let cool 5 minutes. Cut into 6 squares. Store in fridge up to 5 days.
