Prep Once, Eat All Week
"Oatmeal that tastes like cake but fuels like a champion."
Makes 6 servings.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8x8 or 9x9 baking dish.
Mix oats, protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
Whisk together milk, eggs, maple syrup, melted butter, and vanilla.
Combine wet and dry ingredients. Fold in your mix-ins.
Pour into prepared dish. Bake 30-35 minutes until set and golden on top.
Let cool 5 minutes. Cut into 6 squares. Store in fridge up to 5 days.
Vanilla protein + blueberries + lemon zest.
Chocolate protein + PB drizzle + banana slices.
Vanilla protein + diced apple + extra cinnamon + walnuts.
